  • Q: Do I need to wash my hair before my blowout?

    A: No—every blowout includes a luxurious shampoo and conditioning service unless otherwise specified.

    Q: How long does a blowout take?

    A: Most blowouts take 45–60 minutes, depending on hair length, thickness, and styling preferences.

    Q: Can I request a specific stylist?

    A: Yes. You can prebook your style and stylist in advance. We have five styles to choose from beyond our signature Dynasty blowout- which does not include hot tool use and any of our experienced stylists can execute your desired look. 

    Q: Do you offer express services?

    A: Yes, we offer express styling options for guests on the go. Availability may vary by day. No wash will be included. Please come with fully dried clean hair. 

    Q: What if I have extensions?

    A: We love extensions! Please note that there is a small additional fee for extension work due to extra time and detail. This information will be needed upon making your appointment. 

    Q: What should I do if I’m running late?

    A: Please notify us as soon as possible. Guests arriving more than 10 minutes late will need to be rescheduled to respect other appointment times.

    Q: Do you accept walk-ins or is it appointment-only?

    A: We welcome walk-ins when availability allows.

    However, due to high demand and limited stylist availability, we strongly recommend pre-booking to ensure your preferred time and stylist/artist.

    Q: Do you allow cancellations or rescheduling? How far in advance?

    A: 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations and reschedules.

    Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee of 50% of the service total.

    Q: Is gratuity included or added automatically?

    A: Gratuity is not included in the service price. Tips are always appreciated and may be given in cash or added to your card at checkout.

    Q: How do I book with a specific stylist or makeup artist?

    A: All bookings are made through our online platform, Vagaro.

    Simply select your preferred stylist or artist and view their real-time availability when scheduling.

  • Q: What is included in a standard makeup application?

    A: Full makeup application including skin prep, foundation, contour, eyes, lips, and finishing touches using luxury products. 

    Q: Do you offer airbrush makeup?

    A: We do not offer airbrush makeup. Our artists use quality liquid and powder base foundations. 

    Q: Should I come with a clean face?

    A: Ideally, yes. However, we always begin with prepping your skin so you’re flawless and photo-ready.

    Q: Can I bring inspiration photos?

    A: Absolutely. Photos help us understand your desired look and ensure your vibe is captured perfectly.

    Q: Do you do bridal makeup?

    A: Yes! Bridal glam is available and includes trial sessions, lash application, and long-lasting bridal finish (priced separately). Please email (glamcultureevents@gmail.com) to inquire our wedding prices. 

    Q: Do you apply false lashes?

    A: Yes—strip lashes or individual clusters can be added to any makeup service.

  • Q: How do Glam Culture memberships work?

    A: Memberships include a set number of blowouts per month at an exclusive rate, with auto-renewal every 1st of the month.

    Q: Do blowouts roll over if I don’t use them?

    A: Blowouts do not roll over. Each month includes a new set of benefits.

    Q: Can I transfer my unused blowouts to someone else?

    A: Membership blowouts are non-transferable.

    Q: Is there a contract or commitment?

    A: Yes, each membership requires a 3-month commitment.

    Q: What is your cancellation policy?

    A: Cancellation requests must be submitted 5 business days before the next auto-payment date (the 1st of each month).

    Q: Do I need a credit card on file to start a membership?

    A: Yes, all memberships require a credit card on file for automatic monthly billing.

    Q: What happens if my card declines?

    A: You will be notified immediately. Membership benefits are paused until the payment method is updated and the balance is resolved.

  • Q: How do I book a large group (birthdays, bridal parties, events)?

    A: Please email glamcultureblowdry@gmail.com with your event details, desired date, and the number of guests. Our team will assist with customizing your experience and confirming availability.

    Q: Is there a minimum number of guests required for group bookings?

    A: No minimum is required.

    However, advance notice is essential to ensure we can fully staff and prepare for your group.

    Q: Do you require a deposit for parties?

    A: Yes. A 50% deposit of all booked services is required to secure your date and stylists.

    Q: Can we reserve a private area of the lounge?

    A: Yes.

    Private lounge reservations are available for special events. Please email glamcultureblowdry@gmail.com to discuss your options and event needs.

    Q: Are food and drinks allowed? What about champagne/wine?

    A: Approved food is welcome for booked parties. We offer wine and champagne for purchase, so outside alcohol is not permitted under our licensing.

    Q: Do you offer group discounts or packages?

    A: We do not offer group discounts at this time, but we are happy to accommodate parties of all sizes with custom scheduling.

    Q: How far in advance should a large party be booked?

    A: The sooner you contact us, the better we can accommodate your preferred time.

    Most groups book 2–6 weeks in advance, and holiday/event seasons fill quickly.

    Q: Do you provide hair and makeup services on-location for groups?

    A: Yes. We provide on-location glam for weddings, corporate events, photoshoots, and special occasions. Please email glamcultureblowdry@gmail.com with your event details so we can staff accordingly and provide exact pricing.
